From the pope of Warner Robins

Dear Mason,

The task of recruiting friends and family to help ensure our freedom, in danger due an effort to merge the US under a world government, is proving to be much more difficult than I hoped it would be.

My brother reacted very negatively to my invitation to join us. He is genuinely afraid that I might be detained indefinitely as a terrorist without due process. He is correct about what the government could do to me. Of course they are not limited to that in order to shut me up. Among other things they can confiscate our property and money without due process. They also assert the right to punish us for thought crimes.  Despite that, he wants to keep the government we have. We will not keep the government we have. We will go back to freedom or continue into tyranny.

I just want the government described in our constitution. I don't want to fear being arrested for my thoughts or words. Political correctness has no place in a free country. I think a good place to start would be a formal announcement by the US Government that our sovereignty will not be ceded to the UN or any other government, ever. What could it hurt? Our professional politicians are in the process of selling us out. We must elect a House of Representatives composed of ordinary citizens who can restore common sense to government and save our country. I am not some wild eyed terrorist. I'm just a good ole boy from Georgia with no criminal record and not even a blemish on my credit history. If friends and family can continue to look fondly on a government they know is capable of destroying me for the "crime" of writing to you about our liberty, I fear we have not much of a chance.

Your dad seems detached in looking at the situation. He is unable to bring himself to accept that there is a master plan despite so much evidence. He did point out that I am not alone in my understanding and views and suggested that I join some of these other people and groups. Of course I already have joined many of them and believe we all need to cooperate. I subscribe to several alternative publications such as The New American and American Free Press and plant them around in public places for others to find. I financially support some causes in my humble way. I have supported Michael New with a small monthly contribution since he made his stand against serving in a UN uniform as an American soldier.  I contact my elected representatives frequently using assistance from such diverse sources as Gun Owners of America, The Liberty Committee and ACLU. Unfortunately there are not enough of us willing to make the sacrifices which may be required, thus my efforts to recruit family and friends with the hope they would do the same.

As a young man I embraced the sex revolution and have always hated censorship for adults. I still hate it but we must do a better job of protecting you kids who are being exposed to graphic violence and sexual content in the media and far too many teens are being obscenely exploited. Our choices are not limited to Puritanism or utter depravity.  The best solution for most important issues lies some where near the middle. I am opposed to criminalizing sin and believe that should be left to individuals and their God. The War on Drugs should be ended. It has not stopped the flow nor the exploitation but has ruined many lives. It has devastated the constitution and is obscenely expensive. Our immigration laws should be enforced and our borders closed. We should renounce free trade for fair trade. We should eliminate any federal participation in education and ensure that students are provided balanced views. Right now they are only getting one side of most things and have little appreciation of what it means to live free. We need to declare a truce between the sexes and the races. Everyone should accept personal responsibility and equality under the law because everyone has a lot to lose if we continue on our present course. We must all earn each others respect by competing as equals on a level playing field.

I praise the Lord for my life. I am 67, in good health and work at staying fit. I am debt free and lead a comfortable life. Barring some tragedy, my life is a long way from over. Why do I risk it?  Why is this imaginary collar choking me while so many others seem not to even notice theirs? I don't know why. I have undergone the same conditioning as everyone else. Anyone who is not brain dead knows that mind control techniques are being used in the media to transform our opinions on certain subjects including race, homosexuality, and gun control. These same agendas are being pushed by the educational system. Similar techniques are being used to convince us that world government is the way to go. While I agree with some liberal views, I am dead set against big nanny government.and I draw the line at treason. World government is inconsistent with our constitution. Whether there is a plot to bring it off is unimportant. It is happening so the important issue is FREEDOM!!!!!! It is priceless and once gone will be gone forever.

I love you grandson. I have no doubt that you possess the intelligence, talents and resources to thrive under any system, but I sense greatness in you. You never cease to impress and amaze me with your intelligence and maturity. We must do everything possible to allow you to soar on the winds of freedom. Without judging anyone else, we are eagles, you and I, and will not go quietly into this coop.

With love,

Poppa
